Every consignment moves through the same six checkpoints, and each one closes with a signature, a photo set or a status update to your phone.

Day 1
Request a quote
Tell us the addresses, the size of the home or office and your target date. You get a written estimate the same working day.

Day 1–3
Virtual inspection
A surveyor walks the rooms with you on a video call, builds the inventory and confirms crate counts, access and lift restrictions.

Move day, AM
Packing
Crews arrive with cartons, bubble wrap and custom crates for art, glass and electronics. Every box is labelled by room and logged.

In transit
Transportation
Road, air or sea depending on the route. Your coordinator confirms departure and calls you with the arrival window.

Inventory checked off item by item against the packing list, in front of you, before anything is signed.

01How is a moving quote calculated?
By volume, distance, access and the services you want. The virtual survey produces a volume in cubic metres, and that figure — not an estimate over the phone — is what the price is built on.
02Is my property insured while in transit?
Yes. Goods-in-transit cover is included on every job, and all-risk cover with a declared value can be added at quote stage for high-value items.
03How long does an international move take?
By air it is 3–7 days door to door. By sea it is 28–45 days depending on the port and clearance. Both timelines are confirmed in writing before you pay.
04Can I store items between moving out and moving in?
Yes. Climate-controlled storage in Port Harcourt and Lagos, billed weekly or monthly, with the same inventory list carried through to final delivery.
05Do your packages include visa processing?
Package prices include visa assistance — document checks, forms and appointment booking. Embassy and biometric fees are paid separately and shown as line items.
06What happens if my visa is refused?
Land arrangements are refunded less any non-refundable supplier deposits, and we handle the airline's refund or rebooking. The refusal reason is reviewed with you before reapplying.
07Can a group tour date be moved?
Departures can be changed up to 21 days before travel, subject to fare rules. Inside 21 days it depends on the airline and hotel terms, which we'll confirm the same day you ask.
